On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work site environment:

• Personal and social adjustment and health (substance abuse, gambling, behaviour disorders)
• Programs dealing with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Work Setting:

• Group home
• Work in employer's / client's home

Responsibilities:

Tasks:

• Administrative and office activities
• Appraise clients' needs to eligibility for specific services
• Assess clients' relevant skill strengths and development needs
• Housekeeping activities
• Food preparation
• Resolve conflict resolutions
• Implement behaviour management programs
• Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involve with clients
• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings

Credentials:

Certificates, licenses, memberships and courses

• Mandth System Training
• First Aid Certificate
• CPR Certificate
