• Permanent Employment – Fulltime 30 hours per week
• Employment Conditions: Day, Early morning, Evening, Flexible hours, Morning, Night, Overtime, Shift, Weekends
• Language: English
• Education: College GEGEP or other non-university certificates or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Work Site Environment: Personal and social adjustment and health (substance abuse, gambling, behaviour disorders) Programs dealing with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Work Setting:

• Group home
• Work in Employer's/Client's home
• Rural area
• Community Centre
• Private residence

Responsibilities (Tasks)

• Administrative and office activities
• Appraise clients or eligibility for specific services with the community
• Resolve conflict resolution
• Implement behaviour management programs
• Liaise with other special services agencies and health care providers involved with clients
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Accompany clients/guests to appointments and social outings.

Credentials:

• Mandt System Training
• First Aid Certificate
• CPR Certificate
