Vacancy: 1 Permanent Employment – Early morning, Evening, Shift, Flexible hours, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend, Overtime required-Available

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Licensed practical nurse/vocational nurse training (LPN, LVN, RPN, Cert., Dipl., AAS)
• Social sciences, other

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely,

Work Setting:

• Mental Health Institution, facility or clinic
• Nursing home / home for the aged
• Group home

Responsibilities:

Task:

• Assign health care workers to specific projects and programs
• Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department
• Direct and control daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services
• Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
• Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services
• Oversee the preparation of reports
• Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff

Supervision: 11 – 15 staff

Credentials: 

• Certificate for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Certification
• CPR Certificate

Experience and Specialization:

• MS Excel
