Description

We are currently seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) who must reside at the client's home to provide continuous daily assistance and care. Please note, living on-site is a mandatory condition of this employment and should be carefully considered before applying.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide bedside and personal care.

  • Administer medications and provide first aid care in emergencies within your scope of practice.

  • Assist the client with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.

  • Support and guide the client in regular physical exercises.

  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry.

  • Plan and prepare therapeutic diets and appropriate menus.

  • Provide companionship and support the client's personal needs.

  • Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals.

 

Required Profile:

  • Relevant experience as a Personal Support Worker.

  • Completion of college-level nursing studies is required.

  • Must speak French fluently.

  • Autonomous, reliable, and capable of managing unforeseen circumstances.

  • Ability and willingness to live on-site continuously.
