Position Info:

• Position: First Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $24.00~$25.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: #106 3016 Merchant Way, Langford, BC V9B 0X1

Benefits:

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook entire meals or specific food items
• Order kitchen supplies and equipment
• Keep inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Always keep kitchen and work area clean
• Plan menus and determine size of food portions
• Oversee kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Involve in recruitment, training of new kitchen staff

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
